We are a company incorporated in England and Wales with company number 11502999, and our registered office is Fulford House, Newbold Terrace, Leamington Spa, Warwickshire, CV32 4EA, England. We are the controller of the personal information described in this policy.
We sometimes use variations of the Paylift name for different parts of the business, such as Paylift Partners, Paylift UK, Paylift Contractors. This policy applies to all of them. They are all part of Skye Inc Limited.

What we collect
- Enquiry forms. If you send a partner enquiry, we collect your name, work email, company, role, phone number if given, partner type and your message.
- Emails. If you email us, we keep the message and our reply.
- Analytics. Only if you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics to see which pages are used and which buttons are clicked. Without your consent, these are not switched on.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider processes standard connection data such as IP address to deliver and secure the site.
Partners and your information
Paylift works with partners such as banks and insurers. Partners do not receive lists of users, scores or profiles from this website. Your details only reach a partner if you choose to contact them. Partner content is labelled, and it never changes your score. Partners who send us an enquiry through the partner form are businesses, and we handle their details as described above.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and take a partnership conversation forward (legitimate interests, and steps at your request).
- To understand and improve the website, where you have consented to analytics.
- To keep the website secure and prevent abuse (legitimate interests).
Who we share it with
We use service providers to host the website, process forms, store enquiries and send email. They process data on our instructions. We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any resulting relationship, and then delete them or keep them only where the law requires.
Your rights
