Paylift builds free tools that help UK contractors, freelancers and professionals understand their money.
What we build
Our main product is Paylift HealthScore, a free app that scores the parts of contracting that quietly decide how much you keep and how secure you are. It sits alongside a money pot for tax, invoicing with overdue tracking, take-home pay comparisons, rate and market data, and a community for people who work the same way.
Who it is for
UK contractors on an umbrella company or through their own limited company, freelancers and sole traders, and independent professionals such as locums, consultants and interims. If you are paid by the day, the hour or the project, it is for you.
Why it is free
HealthScore is free for life. Paylift may earn a commission when you choose an offer from a partner such as a bank or an insurer. Partner offers are labelled, and they never change your score.
What we are not
Paylift gives general information and estimates. It is not a financial adviser, an accountant or a law firm, and nothing on this site is financial, tax or legal advice.
